Hydraulic Lifts are used where there are restrictions for deep pit and headroom or not need to make the same. It does not require a conventional lift well/room. It works on 3 phase power and can come down in case of power cut by opening the manual valve.

JAYCO manufacture Hydraulic Lift in Customized form depending on Customers requirement and are suitable to move any type of material from one floor to other floors. They can be made in different capacities ranging from 100 kg to 5000 kg. Railings are provided on a platform based on customer’s needs to provide safety against loose materials falling during operation.

Hydraulic Lift comes under two categories depending on the Mast system.

JAYCO Single mast hydraulic goods lift is widely used to transfer material from one floor to another. It is to be installed with wall support at the one side and the rest 3 sides can be used for loading & unloading purposes. When there is a requirement of Lifting loads with less weight up to 1000 kg and the lifting height is lower, Single Mast Hydraulic Lift is used.

Hydraulic Lift Double Mast type

JAYCO Double mast hydraulic goods lift is widely used to transfer material from one floor to another. It is to be installed with wall support/structural support at the two sides and the rest 2 sides can be used for loading & unloading purposes.When the lifting height is more and the load to be lifted is heavy more than 1000 kg, Double mast Hydraulic Lift is required for lifting purposes.
